Hello and welcome to daniellefrankphotography.com!
I'm Danielle, owner & girl behind the lens :)
I'm pretty quiet until you get to know me and I feel pretty weird writing about myself here...I mean, I could sit here and write quirky little details about myself. Or I could tell you about my family. But I won't - partially because I feel weird talking about myself to myself (while I type this) and partially because I'd rather you get to know me by meeting me - and not just reading what I awkwardly type out here.
So, instead, I will tell you about what drives me and what that means for you.
My passion is and always has been pictures. I love thumbing through old photographs, reminiscing about the memories they bring back. I love seeing my parents as little children - as who they were then, before I knew them. I have albums upon albums meticulously organized in chronological order of all the pictures I've taken - from grade school until now. Have I mentioned how much I love photographs?
I believe in the memories that photographs preserve. I believe those memories are priceless. I believe that photographs are a time-capsule. They capture us, as who we are - in that moment in time. They are to be cherished and reflected on often.
Time passes so quickly. Our children grow and memories fade. But images? Those images are forever. Forever reminding you of your toddlers silly smile. Of her shy eyes. Of your newborns wrinkled toes. Of how it felt to cuddle your small child. Of how your tiny child looked into your eyes. Of how they've grown. Images are so, so important.
So, what does this mean for you? That I will capture you, as you are. The way you and your family interact. The love you and your husband share. The anticipation you have in meeting your new baby. I will preserve these precious moments for you.
Thank you for considering me to be such an important part of your life.
